Robert M. Massaroni serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Lazard Asset Management LLC (“LAM LLC”), overseeing all finance and accounting related functions for LAM LLC’s US and foreign wholly-owned operating subsidiaries and wholly-owned broker/dealer subsidiary. Mr. Massaroni joined Lazard in 1997. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP as a member of their Financial Services Audit & Assurance team. Mr. Massaroni is a CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) designation holder. He possesses both the series 27 and 99 security licenses and is the designated Financial and Operations Principal of Lazard Asset Management Securities LLC. Mr. Massaroni received an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
