Sri Nadesan is a Credit Research Analyst for all capital structure and convertibles-based strategies. He began working in the investment field in 1992. Prior to joining Lazard in 2008, Sri was a Director and Senior Convertibles Analyst at Wachovia Securities Inc., covering the US Convertibles market with a specialty in the Consumer Cyclicals, Financials and REITs sectors. Prior to Wachovia, Sri was a Director and Senior Convertibles Analyst at UBS Warburg LLC, focusing on the Broadcasting/Media and Consumer Cyclicals sectors. Previously, Sri was a Convertibles Analyst at Lehman Brothers. He has a Joint PhD and MBA in International Business and Finance from New York University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Loyola College in Madras, India.
