Sophie de Nadaillac is Managing Director at Lazard Frères Gestion and Managing Director at Lazard LLC. She has been Head of Wealth Management and Institutional Asset Management development since early 2023. Previously, she was Head of Wealth Management Business Development at Lazard Frères Gestion since early 2007. As of 2024, Sophie de Nadaillac is Deputy CEO of Lazard Frères Gestion and Co-Head of European Distribution for Lazard. Previously, she was in the merger and acquisitions department at Lazard Frères Paris and began working in the Lazard Group in 1995. She is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a master’s degree from University of Paris Dauphine.
