Rosalie Berman is a Managing Director and Head of Business Strategy. In this role, she works closely with distribution and product management leadership to identify go-to-market strategies centered on client demand and market opportunity, while also helping with product placement within the largest intermediaries and financial institutions. Rosalie will also facilitate the successful implementation of key initiatives across the firm, including helping develop the firm’s future ETF capability, building solutions targeted towards specific client channels, and assisting in other strategic priority efforts. She began working in the investment field in 1999. Prior to Joining Lazard in 2024, Rosalie spent over 20 years in various leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, including Head of Client Engagement, Corporate and Institutional Solutions; Head of Teaming and Strategic Partnering; COO, Institutional and Strategic Solutions; and Head of Business Management, Wealth Solutions. Rosalie has a BS from Tufts University.
