Rosalie Berman is Chief Operating Officer of Lazard Asset Management. In this role, she partners with business leaders to advance the firm’s strategic vision, lead product strategy and innovation, and oversee global operations, technology, and enterprise-wide resources. Rosalie joined Lazard Asset Management in 2024 as Head of Business Strategy, implementing a firmwide go-to-market strategy that aligned product, sales, and distribution to support the achievement of the firm’s growth objectives. She also played a central role in driving key strategic initiatives, building solutions for priority client channels, and advancing firmwide growth efforts. Rosalie spent over 20 years in various leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, including Head of Teaming and Strategic Partnering, Chief Operating Officer of Institutional and Strategic Solutions, Head of Business Management for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, and Chief Administrative Officer for Investment Products and Services. Rosalie has a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University.
