Mohit Pandya is Head of Institutions at Lazard Asset Management Limited (LAML) and has responsibility for the development and servicing of our institutional business in the UK, Ireland, Benelux and Nordic regions. He began working in the investment field in 1995. Prior to joining Lazard in 2006, he spent 10 years at Deutsche Asset Management where he held both investment and client management roles, including fund manager for UK equities and multi-asset clients. He moved to Aberdeen Asset Management as a Senior Client Director when the London operation of Deutsche Asset Management was sold in 2005. Mohit has a degree in Law and is an Associate Member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals.

Tony Maddock is Head of UK Third Party Distribution, and has responsibility for the development and servicing of our UK retail and wholesale business. Prior to joining Lazard in 2011, Tony was Head of Wholesale Distribution with Scottish Widows Investment Partnership for five years, having previously held senior sales positions at AXA Investment Management (Director of Retail Sales), BNP Paribas Asset Management (Head of Sales and Marketing) and Prudential (Head of Investment Sales). He began working in the investment field in 1984 and holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Westminster University.

Jack Marsden is a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for distribution within our UK Third Party Distribution business. He began working in the investment field in 2012. Prior to joining Lazard in 2015, Jack worked in sales & client services for Sumitomo Mitsui Trust International. He holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Loughborough University as well as the Investment Management Certificate.

Steve Alvarez is a Director in the Alternative Investments Distribution team. Steve began working in the investment field back in 2004 where he served as an Investment Professional at Gottex Asset Management, a multi-billion dollar fund of hedge funds, leading Manager Hedge Fund Research across Europe for over 10 years. In 2015, Steve joined Lazard’s Alternative Team in a sales role, working both on broader asset-raising initiatives and serving as an internal consultant on Lazard’s suite of Hedge Fund products and solutions.

Laura Bourke is a Senior Vice President within the UK Third Party Distribution business channel of Lazard Asset Management Limited. She is responsible for managing the Sales Support team and project management within the firm. She joined the firm in May 1997, working on the UK broker support desk.
