Mike Wariebi is a Managing Director and Head of Lazard Asset Management, Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Prior to this role, Mike led the Healthcare, Endowments & Foundations, and Family Office team in the US. Previously, Mike was the Global Head of Alternative Investments Distribution at Lazard Asset Management. Prior to joining Lazard in 2007, Mike was Global Head of Marketing for KBC Alternative Investment Management. He began working in the investment field in 1996 on the convertible bond trading desk at D.E. Shaw Securities. Mike has a BA in Economics and International Studies, an MA in International Political Economy from Warwick University, and an MPhil in Development Studies from Cambridge University.

Fadi El Haddad is a Director on the Institutional Business Development team in the Middle East. He began working in the investment field since 2008 and has covered both product consulting and business development from an asset management perspective and assisted clients in setting their liquid and illiquid investment programs to allocate across a wide spectrum of public and private markets strategies. Clients covered include Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, Supranationals, Government entities, Family Offices, Insurances and Banks. Prior to joining Lazard in May 2022, Fadi was a Principal investment consultant and the commercial leader for Mercer Investment Consulting in the Middle East, responsible in setting and driving the commercial strategy and its expanding initiatives across the investment line of business verticals, specifically the investment consulting and solutions services. In his role at Mercer, Fadi served as a senior investment consultant, working closely with the largest asset allocators in the region helping them in areas of investment governance, strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager research and selection. He has presented and supported clients in socializing and receiving final approvals with Board and Management Investment Committees. These meetings included senior members and influential political and investment figures in leading GCC countries. Prior to joining Mercer in August 2017, he headed Al Mal Capital�s institutional sales department, the investment arm of Dubai Investments PJSC. Fadi also previously worked as head of institutional business and product development for Rasmala Plc. in Dubai; and Business Development Manager at ING Investment Management (Middle East). Earlier in his career, Fadi was a Business Analyst with Deloitte�s Financial Advisory Services and worked on M&A transactions, valuations, transactional services and debt restructuring for leading corporate and governmental entities in the Middle East. He holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Banking & Finance, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management from the Lebanese American University. He is a native Arabic, English and French speaker and has been in Dubai since 2008.
