Zoe J Butt is Head of Global Communications for Lazard Asset Management. She started her career as a financial journalist in 2004, working for several publications in the FT Group, before moving to a career in public relations. Prior to joining LAM, Zoe was Account Director and board member of Broadgate Mainland, a city based PR consultancy. She has a BA in Journalism & Sociology from City University, London and is a member of the Public Relations Consultants Association.

Aziz Nayani is the US Head of Communications and co-lead of Global Communications. He began working in the investment field in 2016. Prior to joining Lazard in 2023, Aziz was a Vice President for Corporate Affairs at BlackRock, where he helped lead the firm's external communications on matters related to public policy, litigation, crisis, and financial situations. Prior to BlackRock, he was with Brunswick Group, where he advised leading companies on reputation matters and issues management, and previously he led policy and communications for a New York congressional campaign. Aziz has a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a BA in Economics from Emory University.
